Which TOG do I need?
Choosing the right TOG and dressing your baby according to the room temperature isn't always straightforward. Every baby experiences heat differently, and room temperatures can vary. Use this guide to help you decide.
What is TOG?
TOG (Thermal Overall Grade) is a standard measure that helps guide your choice of clothing. Simply put: the lower the TOG, the lighter the fabric; the higher the TOG, the warmer the fabric.
